One of the greatest thrills I had not long after we opened the lodge in 1999 was a visit from two followme2AFRICA executives from Cape Town. We were the new kids on the block, and the fact that we almost immediately started getting business from them was a real boost to my morale.
Our relationship with followme2AFRICA has always been excellent, and I must say through the years that I have seen some wonderful progress made by the outstanding team of folks there.
I know followme2AFRICA prides themselves on the level of service that they offer not only to clients, but also to their suppliers. As one of their suppliers, I have firsthand and personal experience of that service and have found it to be exceptional. followme2AFRICA always make the time and effort to ensure that their staff and their client’s staff are extremely well trained on Isandlwana. We get the opportunity to host staff at the lodge so that they can personally experience what Isandlwana has to offer. The caliber of staff is also excellent, and I always feel confident that they will return knowing how to sell Isandlwana successfully.
The academy that followme2AFRICA runs in South Africa is a unique concept and one that we have participated in on a number of occasions. Offering their tour operators the opportunity to come out to a workshop and then to organise a series of educational trips on the back of that really sets followme2AFRICA apart from their competitors.
To be able to ask for advice and present any question to any member of the team is a very big plus. We can always expect an honest answer and straightforward advice, and we are very grateful for it.
Our longstanding relationship is one that we value highly, and the business that has been produced over the years has been key to the growth of Isandlwana Lodge.
