We have always had a wonderful and personal interaction with your company and, looking back on our records, you have remained consistently one of our top three suppliers. You are the only travel operation who has organised the Travel Academy here in South Africa which has been a tremendous help in getting to know the agents as well as them getting to know us – their products. We believe the Travel Academy is the most valuable contact we have with the agents on the ground.
Another one of your superb services to us is the UK workshop which you organise so well. These have been a revelation to us and a chance to get that one-on-one meeting with the agents who are office-bound in the UK and Ireland. The organisation on all these projects has been incredibly efficient and accommodating.
The time you and your agents have taken to visit us here at Cleopatra – to allow the agents to get a first-hand experience of our unique position and ambiance – has been very special for us. Each time we have needed back-up or special information on guests, your prompt and efficient help in this regard has been very much appreciated. This makes our lives a lot easier when dealing with any problems the guests may have.
You are the only supplier who has taken the time, trouble, effort and money (as can be seen by the workshops you organise) to train us and increase our knowledge of all your agents and suppliers.
